CYUT shines in the THE World University Rankings by subject of Computer Science and Engineering
The Times Higher Education (THE) announced 2021 World University Rankings by subject and CYUT entered 601-800 and 801-1000 in Computer Science and Engineering respectively. This honor not only demonstrated exuberant academic research and social impact of CYUT, but it also gets ahead of other technological universities in Taiwan.
Cheng Tao-ming, President of CYUT, remarked that the THE rankings covered 93 countries and is the most influential university rankings in the world. The listing in computer science and engineering symbolized CYUT has reaped from its effort in research in recent years. Apart from entering the world university rankings for 4 consecutive years, CYUT has also been reputed in several international authorized rankings including Impact Rankings 301-400, Asia-Pacific Region University 300+, Young University 400+, Asia University 400+ and Emerging Economies 401-500, a very remarkable performance.
